Regina Mariano, Certified Escrow Officer, joined Westport Escrow in 1995.  Over the years, Regina has made significant contributions to the expansion of Westport Escrow. Her customer service skills and dedication to clients have allowed her to develop a proactive approach to the closing process. This means that no matter what type of transaction you have, Regina has seen one like it and brought it to closing sometime in the past. She is an expert in Residential Sales, Income Property, Short Sales, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Refinance Escrows, Commercial Transactions, FHA Repossessions and VA loans.  Not only can Regina process all types of transactions, she does so with great communication and dedication to her client’s needs.  Her ability to move efficiently through the escrow process has enhanced customer satisfaction, confidence and loyalty.
